WALLFLEX®

 

Wallflex® panel is a structural aluminum panel whit an international patent; it is characterized by excellent mechanical resistance, rigidity and strength. It is light and highly workable, able to maintain excellent flatness even when it is characterized by large dimensions; Wallflex® does not corrode and it is an excellent thermal conductor.

Due to these multiple characteristics Wallflex® panel is perfect for multiple uses and end applications.

It is a Class C panel and has the MED certification, which is necessary for being a supplier in the naval sector.

Wallflex®is completely realized in aluminum and this characteristic made it 100% recyclable.

Il pannello strutturale Wallflex® standard è composto da due fogli in alluminio, chiamate “pelli”, tra le quali è posto un core grecato sempre realizzato in alluminio. E’ proprio questa composizione strutturale che rende il pannello Wallflex® resistente e robusto, con prestazioni statiche quasi equivalenti ad un pieno di alluminio ma, allo stesso tempo, molto più leggero.

The core is characterized by a trapezoidal section with some reinforcements; the design makes it unique and guarantees great mechanical resistance to flexion and compression.

Wallflex® panel could be worked with tools similar to those used for woodworking.

 

General Features

 

  • Wallflex® panel is composed by two skins and a corrugated aluminum core. On request it is also possible to make it in galvanized sheet metal and other metals
  • Aluminum thickness for internal corrugated core: 0.3 mm
  • External hides thickness (standard): variable from 0.3 mm to 1 mm
  • Standard dimensions: width 1250 mm - 1500, length from 2000 mm to 5000 mm
  • Non-standard thicknesses and dimensions available on request
  • Possibility of different surface finishes, including painting (powder and liquid), sublimation, ennobling with laminates, steel, solid surface, stones, real wood, upholstery with fabrics, leathers and eco-sustainable materials
  • Thickness: Wallflex® panel can be made in different thicknesses, with a tolerance of +/- 0.5 mm
