Wallflex® ONE-SKIN panel is resistant, light and flexible; It is composed by an external aluminum skin and the corrugated aluminum core. Wallflex® ONE-SKIN panel is obtained by gluing the main skin to the corrugated core and by pressing all the elements together. The flexibility of this product allows the creation of curvilinear elements; the panel could be curved vertically or horizontally depending on the internal direction of the core.

• Standard thicknesses available: 4 - 6 - 8 - 10 - 15 - 18 - 20 - 25 mm
• Corrugated thickness of the internal core: 0.3 mm
• External hides thickness: from 0.3 mm to 1 mm
• Standard dimensions: width: 1250 – 1500 mm – Minimum length 2000 mm up to a
maximum of 5000 mm
• Non-standard thicknesses and dimensions could be produced on request
• Possibility to choose different finishes
• Panel could be worked using tools similar to those for woodworking
